Programming per zone
Lobby, bar, dining room, terrace, spa, lifts: each zone has its sonic intention, its ceiling level and its hourly curve. The move from lunch to the evening bar happens without anyone touching it.
Responsive to the room
Volume and playlist energy adjust to the number of covers in progress and the measured background noise. A half-empty room does not need the same sound as a full service.
Licensed playlists
A professional catalogue covering public performance, with the usage declarations that go with it. Your own playlists remain possible, within the licensed scope.
Immediate override
The floor manager changes the mood, skips a track or mutes a zone from the same tablet as the floor plan. Programming resumes on its own at the next time band.
Announcement and event mode
Automatic ducking for a microphone announcement, a dedicated set prepared for a private hire, scheduled silence during the spa’s quiet hours.
Consistency across sites
A sonic identity defined at group level, adaptable per property, with locks on what each site can change.

Do we need to redo the audio installation?
Rarely. OpenFlow drives the common amplifiers and audio matrices over the network; a playback unit is supplied per zone when the installation is too old.
Is playback covered for copyright?
The catalogue on offer covers public performance. Usage declarations are produced automatically for your filings with the collecting societies.
