Real time · 02 / 10

A diary that understands treatment rooms, therapists and the hammam.

A treatment does not occupy a box in a grid: it occupies a therapist, a room, sometimes a Vichy table and twenty minutes of turnaround. OpenFlow books the resource, not the slot.

What it changes

The details that hold a service together.

01

Several resources per treatment

Every protocol declares what it consumes: a qualified therapist, a type of room, shared equipment, turnaround time. Two treatments can no longer book the same sensory shower.

02

Skills and certifications

Signature treatments only open to trained therapists. Schedules account for breaks, travel time between floors and contracted hours.

03

Courses and memberships

A six-session course is booked in one go, with a recommended rhythm, session rescheduling and a balance visible at the till and on the customer record.

04

Traceable gift vouchers

Issue, value, validity, partial redemption: the gift voucher lives in the same database as revenue, which settles the off-balance-sheet question at year end.

05

Guided add-on sales

The protocol suggests the product used during the session. The therapist adds it to the bill in one gesture, from the treatment room.

06

Wet-area access and slots

Sauna capacity, pool slots, resident access versus outside access: footfall in shared spaces is managed like everything else.

How it works

Four moments, one single entry.

The module never asks for the same information twice. Each step writes to the shared database, and the next one reads what it needs from it.

  1. 01

    The treatment is described

Duration, resources, certified therapists, products consumed, turnaround time. Once.

  2. 02

    Availability is deduced

The engine cross-references schedules, rooms and equipment to offer only slots that can actually be delivered.

  3. 03

    The stay is completed

For a hotel guest, the treatment attaches to the stay through the PMS and the bill goes to the room.

  4. 04

    Stock is deducted

Products used in the room leave stock when the treatment is validated, with no blind stocktake.

For which industries

The configuration changes with the industry.

The module is the same. The capacities, the permissions and the indicators are not.

Frequently asked

What people ask us before signing.

Do you handle self-employed therapists?

Yes, with their own availability, their commission rates and an exportable statement of services for invoicing.

Can we sell treatments to guests who are not staying at the hotel?

Two availability and price grids coexist, with quotas reserved for residents on the busiest slots.
