Scheduling based on activity
Covers booked, appointments taken, the payment history for the same slot last year: the module proposes headcount station by station. You arbitrate instead of starting from a blank sheet.
Payroll cost, live
The cost of the schedule appears while you build it, in currency and as a percentage of expected revenue. The trade-off happens before service, not at the month-end close.
Contracts and a document vault
Permanent, fixed-term, casual, apprenticeship: contracts are generated from your templates, signed electronically and filed in a space per employee, along with medical checks and work permits with expiry dates.
Leave and absences
A request from mobile, approval by the manager, immediate effect on the schedule and on the balances. The leave book and the message thread disappear the same day.

No. TalentsFlow prepares and exports the variables; payslips continue to be issued where they are today, by your accountant or your current software.
