Spa area with a treatment cabin and soft lighting

A calendar that respects cabins, therapists and treatment courses.

Resources are booked, not boxes. Courses are tracked, products leave stock when the treatment is confirmed, and the quiet of the wet areas is managed like everything else.

What breaks today

The four points where an operation loses money.

These situations do not come from a lack of rigour: they come from tools that do not talk to each other. Each one is solved by shared data rather than by another procedure.

The double-booked resource

Two treatments scheduled on the same experience shower or the same Vichy table. You find out at three in the afternoon, with two guests in the corridor.

Courses live on paper

The session balance is counted by hand, carried over badly, and lost when the manager is on leave.

Gift vouchers are a blind spot

Issued at the till, tracked in a binder: no way to know what is still owed, or to value the liability at year end.

Product stock leaks

Products used in the cabin come out of nowhere. The inventory variance shows up at the end of the season with no explanation.

A typical day

What the suite does while you run the business.

  1. 018:45 am

Therapist rotas published, qualifications checked, turnaround time built in. Only genuinely deliverable slots are opened for sale.

  2. 0210:30 am

A resident books from their room. The treatment attaches to the stay, and the bill will go to the room.

  3. 032:15 pm

The therapist adds the oil used during the treatment to the bill. The product leaves stock at the same moment.

  4. 047:00 pm

Session 3 of 6 on a course, confirmed. The next one is offered at the recommended rhythm, with no manual chasing.

I used to block slots “just in case” because I did not trust the calendar. Now I sell those slots, because the software knows what a cabin can actually do.
