An agent that does not just answer: it books.

Wired into your real availability, your menu and your terms, the AI agent handles requests from your website around the clock — and confirms the table or the treatment in the same conversation.

What it changes

The details that hold a service together.

01

Grounded in your data

The agent reads today’s menu, availability, treatment protocols and your cancellation terms. It does not guess: it checks, then it answers.

02

It closes the request

Availability checked, a card hold taken if your policy requires it, confirmation sent. The conversation ends with a booking, not with a phone number.

03

Nine languages

The visitor writes in their language, the agent answers in their language, and the request reaches your team in yours.

04

Clean escalation

A private hire, a party of thirty, a sensitive request: the agent hands over to a human with the full thread, instead of pretending to know.

05

A locked scope

You set what it may say, promise and offer. Discounts, upgrades and goodwill gestures stay out of its hands unless you explicitly allow them.

06

What people actually ask

Conversations are classified by intent. You discover that thirty per cent of visitors are looking for the car park, and you fix the page accordingly.

How it works

Four moments, one single entry.

The module never asks for the same information twice. Each step writes to the shared database, and the next one reads what it needs from it.

  1. 01

    The agent learns the venue

Menu, hours, services, access, policies. It updates when you update.

  2. 02

    It holds the conversation

Sourced answers, in the visitor’s language, on the website and on WhatsApp alike.

  3. 03

    It acts

Booking, change, cancellation, callback request — written straight into the diary.

  4. 04

    It hands over

On cases outside its scope, a human picks up with all the context already gathered.

Frequently asked

What people ask us before signing.

Can the agent invent availability?

No. It is not allowed to assert availability without calling the booking engine. If that call fails, it offers a callback rather than an approximate answer.

How does it get onto our site?

One line of script, or a component if your site is built in React. The appearance follows your brand: typography, colours, position, tone of voice.

Where are the conversations hosted?

On managed infrastructure in the region set out in your contract, with a configurable retention period and automatic anonymisation of contact data once it expires.
