Real time · 10 / 10

The hours actually worked, not the ones that were planned.

Talents in replaces the attendance book: clock in on the till tablet, a QR code at the staff entrance, or clocking from mobile. Breaks and split shifts counted, schedule variance visible the next morning, hours sent to payroll with no re-entry.

What it changes

The details that hold a service together.

01

Clock in on a tablet or mobile

The tablet that already serves as the till becomes the clock, or the employee clocks in from their phone. No proprietary box to buy, wire or replace.

02

Verified clocking

A one-time code shown at the clocking point, the employee’s position checked at the moment they clock: clocking in for a colleague still on the bus is no longer possible.

03

Breaks and split shifts

Break, afternoon split, changing time: each category is clocked separately and counted under your agreement’s rule, not against an average.

04

Schedule variance

Late starts, early finishes, hours worked beyond plan: the variance appears per employee and per department, with the reason entered by the manager instead of being discovered at month end.

05

Weekly approval

The manager approves the week in a single view, corrects a missed clocking with a record of the correction, and then the week locks.

06

A retained register

The daily and weekly working-time count is archived and exportable, as employment law requires in the event of an inspection.

How it works

Four moments, one single entry.

The module never asks for the same information twice. Each step writes to the shared database, and the next one reads what it needs from it.

  1. 01

    The clocking point is opened

A tablet in the back office, a QR code at the staff entrance, or everyone’s mobile. A few minutes per site.

  2. 02

    Teams clock in

Arrival, break, return, departure: every clocking is timestamped and attached to the site.

  3. 03

    Variances surface

Reality is compared with the TalentsFlow schedule, department by department, from the next morning.

  4. 04

    Hours go to payroll

The approved week feeds the balances and the variables, with no re-entry and no intermediate spreadsheet.

Frequently asked

What people ask us before signing.

Do we have to buy a time clock?

No. Any Android tablet or iPad will do, including the one already taking payments. Clocking from mobile needs nothing more than the employee’s phone.

Is clocking from a phone reliable?

The code shown at the clocking point changes every thirty seconds and the position is verified at the moment of clocking. A remote attempt is refused and reported to the manager.
