A till that does not stop when the network does.

Payments, split bills, room transfers, multi-rate VAT and a certified close. The OpenFlow till runs locally and synchronises afterwards — service never depends on a signal bar.

What it changes

The details that hold a service together.

01

Genuine offline mode

Every terminal carries the menu, the open tables and the payment methods. If the line drops, you take payment, print and close. Synchronisation replays the operations in order when the network returns.

02

Split bills without arithmetic

Split by item, by guest or in equal shares, mixed cash-card-voucher payments, tips allocated per server.

03

Transfer to the room

The bill goes to the room through the PMS with a check on the authorised credit and the resident’s name. The debtor is verified before the transfer, not at check-out.

04

Multiple menus and price lists

Lunch menu, dinner menu, happy hour, group rate, room service: prices follow the calendar and the point of sale without duplicating items.

05

Compliance and close

A tamper-proof event log, multi-rate VAT, a daily Z close and an export in the format your accountant expects.

06

Integrated payment terminals

The amount is pushed to the terminal and the receipt reconciled automatically. No more keying errors and no more manual reconciliation on Monday morning.

How it works

Four moments, one single entry.

The module never asks for the same information twice. Each step writes to the shared database, and the next one reads what it needs from it.

  1. 01

    The table opens

From the floor plan or from the booking, with the guest’s name and history already attached.

  2. 02

    The order goes out

Sent to the kitchen and bar by production station, allergens flagged, service sequences respected.

  3. 03

    Payment is settled

Splits, mixed methods, room transfer, tips. Stock is deducted at the point of sale through the recipe cards.

  4. 04

    The day closes

Close, VAT breakdown, accounting entries and margin indicators available before the brigade leaves.

Frequently asked

What people ask us before signing.

Do we need to change hardware?

In most cases, no. The till runs on iPad, on Android and on the usual touch terminals; existing network printers and cash drawers are reused.

How does the data migration work?

Menus, items, recipe cards and price grids are imported from an export of your current till, then reviewed with you before going live.

Is the till compliant with fiscal regulations?

Yes: a tamper-proof event log, archived closes and a compliance statement provided for your records.
